Senior Human Resources Manager โ€“ Manufacturing, Ho Chi Minh City


Charterhouse Singapore is partnering with a multinational organisation to appoint a Senior HR Manager for a newly established manufacturing facility in Ho Chi Minh City. This role will report directly to the Country Manager.


The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for building and leading the Human Resources function for the companyโ€™s Vietnam operations, from greenfield development and construction through to full operational readiness.


This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the establishment of HR processes, policies and systems, as well as the ability to scale the workforce as the business grows. Candidates with prior experience supporting greenfield manufacturing projects or business start-ups will be highly regarded.
