About The Role

We are seeking experienced AI/ML Engineers to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML frameworks, programming, and system architecture, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As part of our team, you will work remotely from India, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business transformation. Your expertise will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art models, including large language models and generative AI applications, ensuring they are production-ready and aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related fields. A strong command of Python programming is essential, along with a solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts. Experience working with large language models, frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex is highly desirable. Candidates should have practical knowledge of deploying AI solutions in production environments, designing scalable data pipelines, and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and security best practices is also required. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to translate research into operational AI applications.

Responsibilities

As an AI/ML Engineer at SPlus IT Solutions, your responsibilities will include developing innovative AI models and algorithms, integrating them into client systems, and ensuring their optimal performance. You will be involved in designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines, working with distributed systems, and deploying models using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for fine-tuning models, evaluating their performance, and monitoring AI applications in production environments. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of retrieval-augmented generation systems, AI agents, and prompt engineering strategies, ensuring the deployment of secure, scalable, and efficient AI solutions.
