Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, generative AI, and autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
This role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI solutions that leverage LLMs, retrieval systems, and multi-agent architectures to solve complex business problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and orchestration platforms.
- Build AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory management, and autonomous task execution.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Design multi-agent systems and agent orchestration workflows for complex business processes.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt chaining, agent routing, and AI workflow automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define AI product requirements and architecture.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring, guardrails, and observability for AI applications.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Stay current with emerging advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
- Experience building Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
- Experience working with leading LLMs: OpenAI GPT Models, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral.
- Strong understanding of: RAG Architectures, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling / Tool Use, Agent Memory Systems, Multi-Agent Frameworks, AI Evaluation and Observability
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, Qdrant
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
