Magic Mind | Remote | Full-Time
About Magic Mind
Magic Mind has cracked the code on mental performance with our clinically-proven shots featuring 12 premium ingredients including Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, and time-released caffeine delivered through proprietary nano-encapsulation technology. We're Series A funded and growing 2-3x per year with a proven subscription eCommerce model and expanding retail presence.
Our customers aren't just buying a product, they're investing in their mental wealth. From Silicon Valley entrepreneurs pulling all-nighters to athletes preparing for competition, Magic Mind delivers sharper minds, calm energy, and stress resilience when it matters most.
Notable users include: Pete Holmes, Rufus du Sol, Nathan Florence, Kim Kardashian, Justin Kan, Kevin Rose, and thousands of other high performers who rely on Magic Mind to unlock their potential.
Why is this role exciting?
As our Influencer Marketing & Creator Community Manager, you'll own one of the most important growth and brand engines we have: the people who tell our story for us. You won't just run campaigns. You'll build a creator ecosystem that fuels paid social, drives affiliate revenue, and turns Magic Mind into the brand creators genuinely love and recommend. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and community building, where every creator partnership is both a revenue driver and a long-term brand asset.
If you're a builder who gets equally excited about negotiating a high-performing whitelisting deal and DM'ing a creator on their birthday, this is your shot to scale a program that touches every part of how Magic Mind grows.
The Role
You'll own the end-to-end influencer and creator community function at Magic Mind. That means everything from sourcing and vetting creators, to negotiating deals, to developing creative briefs, to running gifting and seeding programs at scale, to building the ambassador community that becomes the connective tissue of our brand. You'll partner closely with paid social, brand, lifecycle, and retail teams to make sure every creator touchpoint is reinforcing the same flywheel: more authentic content, more whitelisting-ready assets, more affiliate revenue, and a deeper bench of creators who genuinely live the brand.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the DMs, in the spreadsheets, and in the creative reviews. You'll also be expected to think like an operator: building playbooks, SOPs, and reporting frameworks that let the program scale without losing the human touch that makes creator marketing actually work.
What You'll Own
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Build and execute the influencer marketing roadmap aligned with brand, growth, and retail priorities
- Run end-to-end campaigns across seeding, gifting, paid collaborations, whitelisting, and Partnership Ads
- Source, vet, and negotiate with creators across tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro) with a sharp eye on fit and ROI
- Partner with paid social to identify and contract top-performing creators for whitelisting and partnership ads
- Lead the development of creative brief templates that drive high performing content
- Develop testing frameworks that turn creator content into scaled paid media winners
Creator Community Management
- Build and nurture an active ambassador community that feels like a real relationship, not a transaction
- Design the creator experience end-to-end: onboarding, communication cadence, exclusive perks, recognition moments, and offboarding
- Host virtual and in-person creator activations (events, product drops, brand immersions) that drive loyalty and word-of-mouth
- Be the human face of Magic Mind to our creator network, available, responsive, and genuinely invested in their growth
- Identify rising creators early and build relationships before they're priced out
- Create rituals and moments (birthdays, milestones, surprise gifting) that turn one-off partners into long-term advocates
Affiliate & Performance
- Own the affiliate creator program in partnership with our affiliate platform and paid teams
- Set and optimize commission structures, promo codes, and creator-specific landing pages
- Track creator-level performance (CAC, AOV, LTV, affiliate revenue) and double down on what's working
- Build reporting that connects creator output to business outcomes, not just engagement metrics

UGC & Content Engine
- Establish a steady flow of high-quality UGC that fuels paid social, organic, retail, and lifecycle
- Partner with brand and creative teams to brief creators on content that's both on-brand and performance-ready
- Build a content library and rights management process that makes assets easy to find and legally cleared to use
Operations, Reporting & Infrastructure
- Own the influencer CRM and affiliate platform
- Build playbooks, SOPs, and contract templates that let the program scale
- Maintain a clean creator database with performance history, contact info, and relationship notes
- Report monthly on program health: spend, output, ROI, community size, sentiment, and pipeline
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with paid social on whitelisting, creative testing, and Partnership Ads
- Partner with lifecycle and retention on creator-led email and SMS content
- Partner with retail and field marketing on creator activations tied to retail launches
- Partner with legal on contracts, FTC compliance, and IP/usage rights
About You
You're a creator-obsessed marketer who understands that influencer marketing only works when you treat creators like partners, not media buys. You can run a spreadsheet and a community at the same time. You know the difference between a creator who'll post once and ghost and one who'll become a five-year ambassador, and you have the instincts to spot it.
Influencer & Creator Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
- 2-4 years of experience running influencer marketing programs, ideally in DTC consumer brands or at an influencer agency
- Proven track record managing creator partnerships from sourcing through performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with influencer CRM and affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Aspire, GRIN, Impact, AWIN, Rakuten, or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills with comfort talking rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity
- Experience with whitelisting and Partnership Ads on Meta and Spark Ads on TikTok
Community Building Mindset
- You've built (or been deeply involved in) a creator or customer community and understand what makes one actually work
- You're genuinely energized by relationship-building, not just transactional outreach
- Comfortable hosting virtual events, running group calls, and creating moments that make creators feel seen
Performance Mindset
- Comfort with data: you can build a creator ROI model, track CAC by tier, and explain why a $500 micro outperformed a $50k macro
- Familiar with affiliate economics, attribution challenges, and the tradeoffs between brand and performance creator strategies
- Experimental by default, you test, learn, and scale

DTC & Wellness Awareness
- Experience in DTC consumer brands strongly preferred (beauty, wellness, food/beverage, supplements ideal)
- Understanding of how creator content feeds into paid social, retail launches, and subscription growth
- Awareness of FTC disclosure requirements and supplement category claims considerations
Operator Mindset
- You build systems. Spreadsheets, SOPs, contract templates, and reporting dashboards are second nature
- Comfortable owning a program end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Strong written communication, you'll be the brand voice in hundreds of creator conversations
Language & Location
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
- Ability to overlap with US Central Timezone working hours for at least 6 hours per day
You're a Culture Fit
- Mission-driven mindset with genuine passion for helping people unlock their potential
- Thrives in remote, asynchronous work environments with strong communication skills
- Experimental approach with comfort in fast-moving, iterative environments
- Natural curiosity and customer empathy with desire to deeply understand creators and the audiences they reach
