About the Role

We’re seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to drive day-to-day product delivery and serve as the bridge between Support, Engineering, QA, and key stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, managing competing priorities, and ensuring product initiatives move efficiently from intake through release.

This position is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment where processes and standards are still evolving. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape product operations, improve workflows, and contribute to the next phase of growth as Galactic expands its product offerings and technology capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage product enhancements, tickets, and feature requests from intake through delivery

• Triage support escalations and prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, and customer needs

• Coordinate urgent issues and release activities across teams

• Partner closely with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality product releases

• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and developer handoffs

• Remove blockers and keep work moving efficiently through the development lifecycle

• Communicate priorities, timelines, and updates to stakeholders

• Help establish and improve product processes, workflows, and best practices

• Contribute to product initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth strategy

Who You’ll Work With

• Director of Product Management and Product Leadership

• A team of up to 5 software developers and engineers

• Up to 1–2 QA professionals

• Cross-functional stakeholders across Support, Product, and Leadership teams

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned and product execution stays on track.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of product delivery and execution

• Experience managing ticket triage, escalation workflows, or operational product processes

• Strong collaboration skills with software developers and technical teams

• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with engineering teams

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
