Bilingual Software Product Owner

For our client, we are seeking a Bilingual Software Product Owner (100% remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on shaping and prioritizing a technical backlog in support of product strategy and broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with end users and cross-functional Agile teams to translate needs into actionable stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals. Success in this position will require strong coordination across teams, thoughtful dependency management, and a steady focus on delivery quality and product stability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Become deeply familiar with internal systems and the complex issues affecting the team’s work
• Structure and prioritize the technical backlog to align with product strategy and business objectives
• Maintain regular communication with end users to gather feedback and adjust priorities
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define sprint objectives and support progressive delivery throughout iterations

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including planning and refinement sessions
• Orchestrate resources and manage dependencies across multiple teams effectively
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile role
• Solid experience managing and prioritizing a team backlog using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience supporting cross-team planning activities, particularly PI planning
• Strong ability to learn quickly in specialized technical fields such as actuarial science or financial services
