Job Responsibilities
- Build and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for technical roles
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback
- Analyze hiring metrics and report on recruitment pipeline progress
- Guide candidates through the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
