The Senior Java Full Stack Developer will be a vital member of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade microservice applications utilizing modern Java technologies and Angular frameworks. This role involves leading the end-to-end development of mission-critical applications such as billing platforms, while mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in microservices architecture, API development, and front-end technologies, with a focus on scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience is required, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role. Expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot for microservices development is essential, along with proven experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Strong proficiency in Angular (preferably Angular 15+) for front-end development, along with deep knowledge of MongoDB and Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with microservices design patterns, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, version control systems such as Git, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of application development, including designing scalable microservices architecture with Java Spring Boot and Angular. Key responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs, integrating microservices with internal and external systems, and building responsive front-end applications. The role involves designing and optimizing database schemas, stored procedures, and queries, as well as conducting technical design sessions and creating architectural documentation. Developers are expected to write clean, maintainable code following best practices, perform code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior team members. Additionally, the role includes implementing CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps practices, and performing application performance tuning and troubleshooting. Ensuring security compliance, participating in Agile ceremonies, driving technological innovation, and evaluating new tools and frameworks are also integral to this position.
