We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Developer to join our team at Bright Vision Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development, with expertise in various game engines and programming languages. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, high-performance games across multiple platforms including PC, mobile, and consoles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative gaming experiences that align with our company's vision. The position offers flexibility with remote or onsite work at our Bridgewater, New Jersey location. Candidates with OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or other non-immigrant visas who are seeking H1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of real-time experience in game development. Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and Unreal Engine is essential, along with expertise in C#, C++, and shader programming. Knowledge of game physics, AI, animation systems, multiplayer networking, and RESTful APIs is required. Experience with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a solid portfolio of completed projects, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement engaging 2D and 3D games across multiple platforms using Unity 3D or Unreal Engine. Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create immersive gaming experiences. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Optimize game performance for various hardware configurations and platforms. Develop and integrate game physics, AI, shaders, and animation systems to enhance gameplay. Implement multiplayer networking features to support online gameplay. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality releases. Maintain version control and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into game development processes.
