As a Data Analyst, People Analytics, you will support the delivery of accurate, actionable workforce insights through reporting, dashboard maintenance, compliance reporting, and data analysis. This role partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistent reporting, and timely access to workforce metrics to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, operations analytics, or finance analytics.
- SQL.
- Workday reporting.
