As a Data Analyst, People Analytics, you will support the delivery of accurate, actionable workforce insights through reporting, dashboard maintenance, compliance reporting, and data analysis. This role partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistent reporting, and timely access to workforce metrics to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, operations analytics, or finance analytics.
  • SQL.
  • Workday reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, audit, and enhance People Analytics dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, validate, and support submission of people-related compliance reports.
  • Develop and refine SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and analyze data from HR systems and related data sources.
  • Support Workday reporting activities, including data extraction, troubleshooting, and basic report development.
  • Document metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and data sources.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate data quality issues.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Leverage approved AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, query development, documentation, and analytical workflows while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
