Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees in a healthcare environment. This role will focus on employee relations, workforce planning, HR initiatives, investigations, compliance, and strategic HR support.


Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and employee relations matters
  • Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations
  • Analyze workforce data and identify trends/opportunities
  • Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and employment laws
  • Support HR programs, projects, and organizational initiatives
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Create reports, gather data, and support HR operations


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
