This individual will play a key role in establishing and scaling project management best practices while driving strategic cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering with stakeholders across technology, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and commercial teams. - 10+ years of project management experience within eCommerce, SaaS, technology, digital commerce, or related business environments
- Prior experience building, scaling, or formalizing a Project Management Office (PMO), including implementation of project governance processes and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across both technical and business-focused teams
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders
- Demonstrated success driving projects involving cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and external business partners
- Experience utilizing modern project management methodologies, tools, and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward independently
