Job Description
B2C Product Marketing Manager, Contract
We are seeking a part-time B2C Product Marketing Manager to support a growing healthcare education and continuing education brand. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for an experienced product marketer who enjoys ecommerce, campaign optimization, product messaging, and translating performance data into clear business recommendations.
Schedule: 15 hours/week
Preferred Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM–3 PM ET, plus one flexible 3-hour block on either Monday or Wednesday
Location: Fully remote
Contract Type: Long-term contract
Pay Range: $39–$44/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the product marketing owner for the B2C product catalog.
- Develop and maintain product messaging, value propositions, personas, and positioning.
- Review ecommerce and campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Recommend product page, website, messaging, and conversion improvements.
- Partner with lifecycle, ecommerce, paid media, and content teams to optimize active campaigns.
- Monitor and support existing B2C campaigns, including registration and promotional campaigns.
- Translate marketing performance into clear, business-friendly recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support promotional discount planning and referral partner strategy.
- Evaluate referral opportunities with relevant professional associations and partner channels.
- Help develop low-lift seasonal campaign plans tied to key industry moments.
- Provide secondary support for testimonial programs and B2B newsletter coordination as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2C product marketing, ecommerce marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance, conversion optimization, and customer journey strategy.
- Comfortable reviewing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams in a shared service or matrixed environment.
- Able to influence and collaborate without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to avoid overly technical or marketing-heavy jargon.
- Practical, focused, and comfortable operating in a resource-constrained environment.
- Experience with HubSpot reporting or similar marketing CRM tools preferred.
- Monday.com or similar project management tool experience is a plus.
