The AI Engineer designs and develops intelligent systems to support personalized, adaptive learning experiences. This role focuses on building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML models aligned with business and product goals
- Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines with data scientists
- Test, validate, and optimize ML models across development and production environments
- Train, retrain, and monitor models—ensuring performance tracking and reporting
- Analyze data distributions to identify potential deployment risks or biases
- Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of AI solutions
- Collaborate with product owners, learning scientists, and cross-functional teams
- Stay updated with emerging research in AI for personalized learning
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI technologies
- Work within agile frameworks and comply with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in Java or R as a plus
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn
- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and mathematical modeling
- Ability to build and evaluate ML models end-to-end
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
