Job Description


As the Regional HR Manager, you will spearhead both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to global leadership, optimizing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, compliance, and engagement across diverse jurisdictions.

  • Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and continuously optimize remote HR policies and systems
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for global hiring needs and build international employer branding
  • Foster a vibrant culture by designing targeted engagement programs tailored for a fully remote workforce
  • Drive annual performance reviews and partner with leadership to identify professional development tracks
  • Mitigate international employment risks and ensure strict labor compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Oversee multi-regional compensation structures, market benchmarking, and cross-border payroll coordination
  • Implement digital HR tools and leverage data analytics to maximize operational efficient


Requirement

  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record managing multi-country HR operations and remote international teams
  • In-depth shared services setup experience is a great advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM, CIPD, or PHR/SPHR certifications are highly valued)
  • Strong working command of international labor laws and compliance framework
  • Highly proficient in modern HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom)
  • Exceptional cross-cultural sensitivity, high discretion, and strong self-discipline to work autonomously
