Job Description


Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 3-month contract, possible extensions

Hours: M-F, 40/hour per week

Estimated Pay Rate: 27-40/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience level, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance


Experience

  • 2–5 years in marketing data analytics, marketing analytics, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, or data analysis
  • Ability to work with large datasets and find insights
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Can clearly explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently


Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics tools
  • Familiarity with marketing data (ads, web analytics, CRM)
  • Exposure to A/B testing or campaign performance analysis

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update weekly marketing reports (clean, organize, and summarize data)
  • Create and maintain easy-to-use reporting templates and dashboards
  • Compare data from different sources to check accuracy and fix issues
  • Track and analyze A/B tests and marketing experiments
  • Support monthly performance reports with insights on campaigns and results
  • Monitor KPIs and scorecards to spot trends and opportunities
  • Help answer ad hoc business questions with quick data analysis
