What You'll Be Doing
- Define product strategy and priorities for key areas of the platform
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to bring new ideas to life
- Spend significant time with customers to uncover opportunities, pain points, and unmet needs
- Analyze user behavior, workflows, conversations, and product usage patterns to inform decisions
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Drive product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision
- Help shape the future direction of a category-defining AI company

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience building SaaS, B2B, platform, or product-led growth (PLG) products
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments where priorities evolve quickly
- Strong customer empathy and a passion for understanding how users interact with products
- Proven ability to turn customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights into impactful product decisions
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving initiatives forward
