Our client is a Series C conversational AI platform redefining how the world's leading brands run customer experience, founded in 2023 and already powering support for Duolingo, Notion, Eventbrite, Chime, Cash App, and Oura. They recently closed a $131M Series C at a $1.5B valuation, co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel, bringing total funding to $231M. The team has grown to roughly 220 people and builds AI agents that resolve customer conversations across voice, chat, email, and SMS. This is an in-office team that ships with unusual velocity.
The role
As a founding-level platform PM, you will own a major product area end to end, shaping the tooling enterprises use to build, monitor, and improve their AI agents at scale.

• Build intelligent systems that give enterprises precise control over how their agents learn, adapt, and deploy in production.
• Create self-serve configuration experiences powered by real-time AI guidance and automation.
• Expand the platform's reach by connecting AI agents to live data streams, tools, and APIs that unlock new use cases.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to take ideas from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption.
What we're looking for
• 5+ years of product management experience, including technical products.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with real customer discovery experience.

• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, ideally from a top program.
• Former founder or first PM experience.
