Working Hours: Must align with Sydney, Australia (9:00am-5:00pm AEST, Monday-Friday)

Salary: AUD 1,500 per month

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, and website optimisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational digital marketing experience who wants to develop hands-on skills across multiple channels while working closely with experienced stakeholders. You'll play an important role in growing our online presence, improving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth.

The role is split across three key focus areas:

20% - Community Management & Organic Social

  • Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments and direct messages across social media platforms
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in all community interactions
  • Escalate customer issues or sensitive conversations when required
  • Schedule and publish content across organic social channels
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging content
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare regular performance updates

40% - Paid Media Support (Search & Social)

  • Assist with the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads and paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta and TikTok
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and implement campaign adjustments based on performance data
  • Research and identify relevant creators and influencers for UGC opportunities
  • Coordinate with creators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
  • Prepare campaign reports and highlight key insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, updates, and new advertising formats

40% - Website Optimisation (SEO & CRO)

  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content updates
  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools
  • Assist in optimising landing pages for search visibility and conversions
  • Help identify website friction points and support conversion rate optimisation initiatives
  • Assist with A/B testing and website experiments
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to implement website updates
  • Prepare monthly reports on organic traffic, rankings, and website performance

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
  • Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging with online communities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and develop across multiple areas of digital marketing
