- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements
- Design, configure, and implement tailored solutions that address customer needs
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Build prototypes, integrations, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product capabilities
- Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
- Analyze customer data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Drive successful project execution while balancing technical and business priorities
- Provide technical training and guidance to customer teams when required
- Travel and work onsite with customers as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Shanghai for 3-6 months
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience building customer-specific integrations and workflows
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and automation tools
- Previous experience working with international teams and clients
- A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting
