About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions for industrial and manufacturing environments.
This position combines hands-on software development with technical leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to guide development teams, influence technical decisions, and contribute to the successful integration of advanced software and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions based on user stories and business requirements.
- Perform comprehensive testing, code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
- Lead software development activities by mentoring and supporting developers, sharing best practices, and contributing to technical decision-making.
- Plan, distribute, and coordinate work packages while actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Implement, commission, maintain, and continuously improve SCADA environments to ensure seamless integration of machines and production systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable software solutions.
- Support validation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvements in software architecture, development processes, and system performance.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Development.
- Proven experience with strong expertise in: SCADA, C#/.NET, Git
- Solid knowledge of: WPF, T-SQL, Azure DevOps
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are considered a strong advantage.

- Experience with industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Experience working in regulated industries and validated systems.
