About Inquivix

Inquivix is a Korea-based digital marketing agency that helps international companies enter the Korean market. Our services span Naver SEO, Kakao advertising, paid media, social media, influencer campaigns, and web development. Our clients are global hospitality brands, technology companies, and consumer products companies expanding into Korea.


We are a fully remote team operating across Southeast Asia and Korea. We are now building a presence in Penang and looking for our first Malaysia-based hire.


The Role

We need someone who can own client relationships. Not manage tasks. Not forward emails. Own the relationship.


You will be the voice of Inquivix to our international clients. You lead calls, present reports, manage expectations, protect scope, and make sure clients feel informed and confident at all times. You sit between the client and our delivery team โ€” translating client needs into clear internal direction, and translating internal work into clear client communication.


This role exists because our project delivery team should be focused on execution, not spending half their day writing client emails and preparing for calls. You take that weight. You are the client-facing layer that makes our agency feel polished, proactive, and professional.


What this role covers:

  • Lead bi-weekly and monthly client update calls โ€” you run the agenda, present performance, field questions, and manage next steps
  • Write and send all client communications โ€” status updates, report deliveries, post-call recaps, proactive updates when something noteworthy happens
  • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations in a way non-technical clients can understand and trust
  • Manage client expectations โ€” if timelines shift, scope changes, or issues arise, you communicate early with clarity and calm
  • Protect scope โ€” if a client asks for work outside the agreed contract, you flag it, document it, and follow our change request process. You do not say yes to free work.
  • Coordinate with our Project Managers to stay current on every account's status, deliverables, and risks
  • Prepare client-facing materials: presentation decks, report summaries, meeting agendas, and follow-up documents



What this role is NOT:

  • This is not a sales role. You are not hunting new business.
  • This is not a project management role. You are not assigning tasks or enforcing internal deadlines.
  • This is not a marketing execution role. You are not writing blog posts or managing ad campaigns.


You are the relationship. Everything else has people behind it. Your job is making sure the client sees a seamless, confident, high-quality agency.



Requirements

  • Based in Penang or surrounding area
  • Professional-level spoken and written English. This is non-negotiable. You will be on video calls with international executives weekly. Your communication must be polished, confident, and clear.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role at an agency, consulting firm, SaaS company, or professional services firm. You must have experience managing client relationships โ€” not just supporting them.
  • Experience leading client calls or presentations โ€” not attending them, leading them
  • Comfortable managing 5-8 client accounts simultaneously without losing track of details
  • Strong written communication โ€” you draft emails that are structured, proactive, and professional without being stiff
  • Comfortable with digital marketing concepts โ€” you do not need to be a specialist, but you need to understand what SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing mean well enough to discuss campaign performance with a client


Strong Advantage:

  • Agency experience โ€” you understand the client-agency dynamic, retainer models, and scope management
  • Korean language ability at any level
  • Mandarin language ability
  • Experience with Korean market or Korean digital platforms (Naver, Kakao)
  • Experience presenting performance data and reports to senior stakeholders
