What You Will Do
- Operate a full 360 recruitment desk across mid to senior level roles.
- Identify and develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full search process: job intake, research, headhunting, interviews, and offer management.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS to manage pipelines and performance.
- Collaborate with peers to share insights, refine strategies, and grow market reach.

- CEI certified and currently based in Singapore.
