Our tech stack enables seamless learner journeys—from enrollment to placement—by integrating Salesforce with critical third-party tools and data systems. We’re hiring a strategic, hands-on Head of Technology to own our Salesforce ecosystem and integration architecture, ensuring scale, reliability, and innovation across all learner and enterprise touchpoints.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) including configuration, automation, and custom development via Apex/LWC.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable integration layers connecting Salesforce with LMS, CRM, payment gateways, and HR Tech tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Kafka, or iPaaS solutions.
- Define and enforce data governance, data integrity, and master data management practices across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prioritize roadmap delivery.
- Own technical debt reduction, system performance tuning, audit readiness, and security compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
- Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce developers and integration engineers, setting engineering excellence standards for CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
