We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead a large-scale migration from TeamCity to GitLab CI/CD for a globally recognized technology organization. This is an exciting opportunity to drive DevOps transformation, modernize engineering workflows, and work with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, GitOps, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

✅ What We Need (Non-Negotiable):

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or CI/CD Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise with GitLab CI/CD

• Proven experience migrating or modernizing CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity preferred)

• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Strong understanding of Git workflows, release management, and secure CI/CD practices

• AI-assisted engineering mindset with practical experience leveraging AI tools

• Excellent communication skills with fluent English

💼 What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end migration of CI/CD pipelines from TeamCity to GitLab

• Design scalable and reusable GitLab CI/CD templates and standards

• Migrate repositories and onboard applications to GitLab

• Improve build, test, deployment, and release workflows

• Support cutover, documentation, and post-migration stabilization

• Contribute to DevOps automation and platform engineering initiatives

• Implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps best practices

• Support Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native environments

• Partner with Development, Platform, and Security teams to improve engineering productivity

• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience

• Argo CD and GitOps implementation experience

• Docker and Kubernetes expertise

• Cloud security and access management experience

• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms

• Have TeamCity to GitLab migration experience
