Blue Shed Group is inviting experienced People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and leadership professionals to explore a remote independent consulting role within the personal and professional development sector.
This role is designed for someone who has built strong experience inside organisations and is now looking for a more autonomous professional path. You may have worked as an HR leader, People & Culture Consultant, L&D Manager, OD Partner, Talent Leader, Leadership Development professional, or senior people-focused advisor.
You will be working within an established global framework, supported by structured systems, digital tools, training, and a professional peer community.

Your responsibilities may include:
