We’re currently engaged with an international growth-stage business that is building out its commercial presence across the EMEA region and is looking to bring in an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support this expansion.
The position will focus heavily on senior commercial and revenue-focused hiring across multiple EMEA markets, partnering closely with leadership teams on strategic talent projects and regional workforce planning.
This would suit someone with strong experience recruiting for high-performing Go-to-Market functions within fast-paced and scaling businesses.

Key responsibilities:
• Leading recruitment processes for senior commercial hires across EMEA
• Building and executing targeted direct sourcing strategies
• Developing long-term talent pipelines for specialist and leadership profiles
• Advising stakeholders on market conditions, hiring trends, and talent availability
• Conducting outreach and assessment conversations with senior candidates
• Producing market maps, competitor insights, and compensation intelligence
• Managing sourcing activity across LinkedIn Recruiter and additional channels
• Supporting recruitment reporting, process optimisation, and hiring visibility
Background required:
