Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns
Build and grow social media channels, especially LinkedIn
Create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies
Contribute to the development of content strategy and brand positioning
Develop and implement lead generation strategies
Monitor and optimize campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates)
Support paid campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Work with tools such as HubSpot or comparable platforms
Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows
Create and manage email campaigns and lead nurturing processes
Develop, maintain, and optimize the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead qualification
Support the creation of sales enablement materials

Job Description


For this position we are only looking for candidates located in Greece.


NAIRON is an innovative company specializing in AI Voice Solutions. We develop intelligent voice technologies that help businesses make their customer communication more efficient, scalable, and personalized.


We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at 40–100% to be responsible for the execution and continuous development of our digital marketing activities. You will work closely with sales and product development teams and actively contribute to the growth of NAIRON.


Tasks

Online Marketing and Content



  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns

  • Build and grow social media channels, especially LinkedIn

  • Create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies

  • Contribute to the development of content strategy and brand positioning


Lead Generation and Performance



  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates)

  • Support paid campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads


Marketing and Sales Automation



  • Work with tools such as HubSpot or comparable platforms

  • Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows

  • Create and manage email campaigns and lead nurturing processes


CRM and Sales Interface



  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the CRM system

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead qualification

  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials


Requirements

  • Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field

  • Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content creation

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels

  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach

  • Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation

  • German: business-fluent / native level

  • English: very good written and spoken skills


Nice to have:



  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Knowledge of performance marketing

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
