We are working with a growing online slot game studio that develops high-quality casino games for players worldwide. The team is fully remote, international, and focused on creating games with strong mechanics, excellent performance, and long-term player engagement.
We are looking for an experienced Game Engine Developer to help build and improve the core technology behind slot games.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain slot game engines and backend systems
- Build game features, mechanics, animations, sound integrations, and gameplay logic
- Develop and maintain Remote Game Server (RGS) functionality
- Work closely with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to release
- Ensure high levels of performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support improvements to internal frameworks, tools, and development processes
- Assist with game integrations and launches with platform partners

Requirements
- Proven game development experience
- Experience in Java development (preferred or other backend development)
- Experience building and maintaining game engines
- Experience developing and maintaining Remote Game Servers (RGS)
- Understanding of slot maths, game logic, and the slot game lifecycle
- Experience delivering games or game features from concept to launch
- Experience with TypeScript and modern game development frameworks such as PixiJS, Spine, or similar
- Good English communication skills
