Three years ago, two people started building an AI agent for customer support. Today the platform handles tens of millions of customer interactions autonomously for some of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the US. No human agent involved.

$6M ARR. $11M raised. 50 people. Series A imminent.

In 2026 they're shipping voice, social, shopping agents, order tracking, and order protection simultaneously. The engineering team is small, senior, and at capacity. This role exists because they need someone who owns things end-to-end and ships.

The work

Full stack, production AI features, real users.

Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis. Microservices, event-driven architecture, CI/CD.

The culture

Founders build with Claude. Engineers run internal demo days on AI workflows. Claude Code and Cursor are standard. Quarterly tool budget on top. If you're not building with AI tools daily this won't fit.

What they need

5+ years across Node.js, TypeScript, and React.

Strong on AWS and PostgreSQL.

Shipped LLM-powered features to production - this is a must, not a bonus.

Product mindset - you care about what ships, not just what you built.

Paying circa $100K USD + equity. Fully remote. B2B or EOR contracts available.
