Immigify is building AI-powered immigration technology that helps employers, international students, immigration consultants, and skilled professionals navigate complex immigration processes.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead recruiting, people operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration as we scale our team globally.


What You'll DoTalent Acquisition
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Recruit across engineering, AI, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Improve recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives
Human Resources
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations


What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations
  • Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
