Immigify is building AI-powered immigration technology that helps employers, international students, immigration consultants, and skilled professionals navigate complex immigration processes.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead recruiting, people operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration as we scale our team globally.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Recruit across engineering, AI, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Improve recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations
- Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles
