Company Description
We're a performance marketing agency specializing in dental implant practices across the United States. We run paid social (Meta/Google), manage creative production, and operate a full U.S. based call center - all under one roof. To drive the growth of these practices, the system: our ads, landers, automations, and flows need to run succinctly. We're growing very quickly and are the BEST at what we do. We need a Marketing Operations Specialist who can keep that engine running flawlessly so everything fires in sync daily.
Role Description You'll be the person who watches everything. You'll monitor conversion rates, flag drops before clients notice, test landing pages, and make sure our data is clean and actionable. Media buyers run campaigns - you make sure the whole funnel around them is working. This is an ops / implementation role, not a "big strategy" or "creative" role.
What You'll Own:
- Monitor the full funnel daily across all client accounts: lead cost, lead quality, set rate, show rate, close rate
- Audit landing pages and quiz funnels - test, flag issues, and coordinate fixes
- Track connection rates and lead quality trends; surface anomalies before they become problems
- Track which creatives and campaigns drive results downstream - not just cheap leads, but leads that show and close
- Verify the basics: budgets match plan, the right landers are connected, tracking is firing, dashboards reflect reality
- Coordinate between media buyers, account managers, and the call center when funnel issues cross team lines

How you'll be measured:
- Zero critical QA misses in production - nothing broken ships, period
- Clean data, always - EMQ 7+, CAPI matching browser events within ~10%
- Sub-24h turnaround on asset-to-live publishes; breaks fixed same day and documented
- Issues flagged before they hit CPA - CPL spikes, broken UTMs, and routing leaks surfaced within the day
- Daily numbers make sense by client, campaign, ad set, and creative; cost per call, show, and start stay in range
- Changelog and SOPs always current - anyone can pick up what you built; SLAs hit without chasing

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $55,000–$70,000 (depending on experience) + performance
- Paid time off
