About the RoleAre you a commercially-driven Recruitment Consultant who loves both the thrill of closing client deals and the strategy of sourcing top talent? At CONDURO LTD, we are building a high-performing recruitment agency.
We have dedicated Sales Development Representatives driving new business and bringing in job mandates. We need you to take the reins from there. You will be the independent force that manages the client relationship, sources the right profiles using our advanced AI-ATS, pitches the candidates and closes the placement deals.
What you will do:- Client Management & Closing: Take over warm job leads from our SDR, consult with international clients, pitch our shortlisted candidates and independently close the recruitment deals.
- Sourcing & Delivery: Actively hunt, screen and collect high-quality CVs to fill the incoming job orders, building a robust pipeline.
- Autonomous Operations: Work fully independently, managing your own pipeline and ensuring flawless administration in our CRM/ATS systems.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Maximize the use of our software ecosystem to automate manual tasks and focus on what matters: matching and closing.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Full-Cycle Recruiter in an agency setting.
- Closing Skills: Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing commercial placement deals.
- Independence: A self-starter mindset. You don’t need micro-management; you know how to run your desk like your own business.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong experience with CRM and ATS tools. Prior hands-on experience with Manatal or Odoo is a massive advantage.
- Languages: Excellent professional English communication skills (both written and spoken).
