About The Company
Belgravia Resourcing is a specialist recruitment agency focused on the Built Environment sector. We partner with developers, consultancies, local authorities, and engineering businesses across the UK, helping them secure technical and professional talent across planning, engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction disciplines.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and proactive Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering, infrastructure, and built environment sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience who enjoys candidate engagement, market mapping, and building talent pipelines.
Please note: Previous experience sourcing or recruiting within the UK engineering, infrastructure, or built environment market is a mandatory requirement for this position.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience sourcing professionals within engineering, architecture, construction, and environmental markets across the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK recruitment market and be confident engaging with UK-based professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates across engineering, architecture, construction, and built environment disciplines
- Conduct targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future client requirements
- Perform market mapping and talent identification projects
- Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements
- Manage candidate outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and telephone
- Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM and ATS systems
- Work closely with consultants and leadership to understand hiring requirements and talent shortages within the market
- Develop strong candidate relationships and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and identify new channels for attracting top talent

Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience
- Previous experience sourcing or recruiting within the UK built environment market is essential
- Proven experience sourcing candidates across engineering, architecture, construction, or related technical sectors
- Strong understanding of the UK recruitment market and candidate landscape
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
- Experience using sourcing tools and job boards relevant to UK recruitment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop a long-term career in recruitment
- Fluent spoken and written English
