About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on manual application testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within an agile environment to plan, develop, and execute test cases across various components of our platform, including payment systems, live chat functionalities, and video streaming technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies such as Python. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact millions of users by maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be instrumental in identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring that our platform remains robust, secure, and user-friendly across all devices and browsers.

Qualifications

• Experience with white box testing methodologies
• Proven ability to write comprehensive test cases independently
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving user issues
• Strong understanding of application testing processes and scope determination
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within an agile team environment
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus
• Experience testing across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and smart TV devices is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed manual test cases for various platform features and functionalities
• Review code changes to understand the scope and identify testing requirements
