About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving automated tests for our diverse customer base. Your contributions will be vital in delivering a seamless and magical customer experience, ensuring that our automated testing solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable. As a foundational member of our growing team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing needs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance our QA processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of QA engineering at an early-stage startup, utilizing your technical expertise and proactive communication skills to make a substantial impact. Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA automation or software testing
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with Chrome DevTools for debugging and reproducing failures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Quick learner with a passion for technology and automation
• Experience working remotely in a collaborative team environment
