IAM Engineer (4-Month Contract | Remote)

Eligible Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Peru, and Uruguay

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support a major enterprise security remediation initiative focused on strengthening identity and access management practices across hybrid environments.

This is a hands-on role that will be responsible for implementing and enhancing identity security controls, authentication mechanisms, privileged access management, and account lifecycle automation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Active Directory, as well as a solid understanding of modern identity security frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Strengthen authentication controls through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access Policies.

• Manage privileged accounts and support privileged access security initiatives.
• Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models.
• Automate user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and inactive account remediation.
• Develop scripts and automation solutions using PowerShell.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM controls across systems.
• Support compliance initiatives through documentation, reporting, and process standardization.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Active Directory.
• Experience implementing MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and access management controls.
