Today, we partner with ambitious startups and global enterprises to solve complex, high-impact product and engineering challenges. Our work is driven by a commitment to product quality, engineering excellence, and user experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / QA & Support Coordination Specialist to join a dedicated Omnisource team supporting and stabilizing a mission-critical healthcare technology platform used in pharmacy environments.
This role is ideal for a QA professional who is highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex existing systems, on-premise environments, customer-specific issues, and frequent production support needs.

This is not only a traditional QA role. It is also a coordination-heavy role that requires strong communication, structured thinking, and the ability to work closely with developers, support teams, product stakeholders, and client-side users to improve reliability and reduce recurring defects.
