Senior Director of Marketing (U.S. Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive scalable growth across multiple channels. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape go-to-market direction and ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, product, and brand channels
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across content, growth, and communications
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging consistency, and market differentiation
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to support revenue growth initiatives
  • Define KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making across all marketing functions
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4–6 years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling marketing strategies in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience across brand marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
