TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager

TopFoxx  |  Remote  |  Full-Time

 

Location: Remote (must work U.S. East Coast hours).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Hours are flexible. We care about performance, not clocks.

Salary: $1,500 to $2,000 per month based on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to affiliate revenue and profitability.

Language: Perfect written and spoken English is required (this is non-negotiable), along with a deep understanding of U.S. culture, slang, and social media behavior.

TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned fashion startup reinventing the sunglasses industry with solution-oriented designs and bold branding. Since 2016, we have grown from a bootstrapped e-commerce brand into a global business serving hundreds of thousands of customers, backed by an engaged community of influencers and creators.

We are not here to follow trends. We create them. Our sunglasses are tangle-free, floatable, foldable, shatter-resistant, and sustainably made, and we are just getting started.

We are a small, lean, founder-led team of fewer than ten people, with only about three of us on marketing. That means there is nowhere to hide and no one to pass the work to. Everyone wears multiple hats, owns real outcomes, and what you build genuinely moves the company. We do not do slow. We move fast, we pivot often, and we only hire A-players who treat the business like their own.

The Role

You will be the main one. This is the person who owns influencer and affiliate marketing end to end at TopFoxx. You are not waiting for a manual or a list of tasks. You are expected to bring the strategy, bring the ideas, and then execute them yourself, fast.

This space changes daily. New creators, new trends, new platform rules. You have to move quickly, test constantly, double down on what converts, and cut what does not. We are not looking for someone who only posts and reports. We are looking for a real executor who is proactive, creative, and obsessed with one thing above all: profitable, converting partnerships.

This is a big opportunity, and we want to be honest with you: it is also real work. We already have a large base of affiliates and creators, but your job is to grow it, activate it, and make it far more profitable. This is not a coast-along role. You will be building, pushing, and problem-solving every single day. For the right person, that is exactly the appeal.

This is a high-ownership role with a direct path into leading the influencer marketing function as it scales.

1. TikTok Shop & Affiliate Program (Your Primary Focus)

This is the heart of the role and where most of your time and energy goes. The big one is affiliate. Your job is to make sure the affiliates are converting, the program is profitable, and the numbers in TikTok Shop Seller Center are strong and trending up.

  • Own TikTok Shop Seller Center day to day. Live in the dashboards, know your numbers cold, and make sure performance is healthy across GMV, conversion, and orders.
  • Make the affiliate program profitable. Track and grow GMV, revenue per creator, sample-to-sales ROI, and commission costs. Protect margin. Every dollar of product and commission has to earn its return.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of hundreds to thousands of active TikTok Shop affiliates, and keep them actually posting and selling, not just signing up.
  • Recruit high-converting creators and live sellers who know how to talk about product and drive sales, not just collect free samples.
  • Go live and sell yourself. You will host TikTok Lives, get on camera, and sell the glasses directly. Then you bring affiliates on, show them how it is done, and coach them to do the same.
  • Coordinate TikTok Live schedules with strong sellers, secure Spark Ads permissions, and optimize listings and content angles for maximum GMV.
  • Watch performance weekly. Scale top converters aggressively, and cut low performers fast.
  • Keep the data honest. No padded numbers, no inflated reporting. Decisions are only as good as the data behind them.
2. Instagram Influencers

Instagram is the second pillar. Here we work on gifting and affiliate only, so your skill is finding the right people and getting them to convert without a paid budget.

  • Source Instagram influencers who can actually sell, creators who understand product and know how to drive their audience to buy, not just post a pretty photo.
  • Run gifting-only and affiliate-only collaborations, and move creators from one gift to repeat posting to consistent affiliate sales.
  • Rebuild our existing relationships. We have lists of past and dormant influencers. A big part of this role is reigniting those relationships and turning old contacts back into active, converting partners.
  • Build genuine, consistent relationships so TopFoxx stays top of mind, through thoughtful, regular touchpoints across Instagram and DMs.
3. LTK, Affiliate Platforms & Onboarding Calls

The third pillar is affiliate-driven platforms like LTK, and just as important, getting on calls with creators. This role is not behind a screen all day. You have to be outgoing and genuinely good at talking to people.

  • Recruit and activate creators on LTK and other affiliate networks (Amazon, affiliate links) who are still actively driving commission-based sales.
  • Run weekly onboarding calls. You will be on calls regularly, onboarding new influencers, walking them through the program, and getting them excited and set up to post.
  • Get on calls and close collabs. Be confident and persuasive, build rapport quickly, and convince creators to say yes to working with us, often with gifting only.
  • Understand creator psychology and motivate influencers to post consistently through relationship, community value, and a clear win for them.
4. Strategy, Reporting & Full Influencer Marketing Scope

Because you own this function, you also handle everything a strong e-commerce influencer marketing lead would handle. Study what bigger e-commerce brands do, then adapt the best of it to a lean, fast-moving team.

  • Build the strategy. Bring a clear point of view on where influencer and affiliate marketing is going and how TopFoxx wins, then put it into action.
  • Plan and execute campaigns tied to product launches, holidays, seasonal moments, and major sales events (BFCM, summer, new drops).
  • Manage content calendars, gifting coordination, sample sends, and follow-ups so nothing slips.
  • Build weekly performance reports that connect activity to revenue, and use them to decide what to scale and what to kill.
  • Create simple SOPs, trackers, and playbooks as you go, so the program is repeatable and scalable as the team grows.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to keep messaging aligned, and step in on urgent launch-related projects when needed.
  • Stay ahead of trends, new creators, and new affiliate opportunities before competitors do.
  • Help with wider marketing as needed. With a team this small, marketing is just three people and everyone pitches in. From time to time things will come up across other marketing areas and departments that need a hand. We need someone proactive and solution-oriented who brings energy, jumps in, and helps build this with us rather than sitting idle.

Required Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce / DTC.
  • Expert, hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center mechanics and affiliate programs.
  • Proven track record of generating real sales through gifting-only or zero-budget strategies.
  • Comfort with LTK, Amazon, and other affiliate platforms.
  • Comfortable on camera and hosting TikTok Lives to sell product directly.
  • Perfect written and spoken English, and a strong understanding of U.S. culture and digital trends. This is genuinely important.
  • KPI-driven, highly organized, and able to build simple systems and SOPs as you scale.
