Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports and apps using Microsoft Power BI
Architect and implement scalable data models to support high-performance analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot advanced modeling, refresh, and visualization issues
Perform advanced data transformations using Power Query (M-language)
Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations
Analyze and optimize DAX queries using tools such as Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio
Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
Implement complex row-level security
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions
Optimize report performance and implement best practices for scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues in a timely manner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data modeling, performance optimization and visualization to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports and apps using Microsoft Power BI
  • Architect and implement scalable data models to support high-performance analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot advanced modeling, refresh, and visualization issues.
  • Perform advanced data transformations using Power Query (M-language)
  • Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations
  • Analyze and optimize DAX queries using tools such as Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio
  • Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years hands-on Power BI experience (Desktop+Service)
  • Strong expertise in advanced and complex data modeling, relational architecture, DAX, and Power Query (M).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
  • Demonstrated application of industry standards and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft PL-300 certification (Power BI Data Analyst Associate)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
