Key Responsibilities
Operate the AI PPC system by monitoring the AI agent, reviewing its actions, checking its logic, identifying errors, and providing clear feedback for improvement.
Monitor Amazon PPC performance across key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, spend, sales, conversion rate, and budget usage.
Find growth and optimization opportunities by analyzing campaign and product performance to identify wasted spend, profitable scaling opportunities, keyword gaps, weak campaigns, and improvement areas.
Test strategies through the AI system by helping test new PPC hypotheses, campaign structures, bidding approaches, keyword strategies, and optimization rules.
Improve automation quality by documenting agent mistakes, recurring issues, missing logic, and process gaps.
Support Amazon account maintenance tasks that directly affect advertising performance and product growth, including monitoring listing status, suppressed listings, buy box issues, product visibility, inventory availability, account health notifications, and product performance signals.
Prepare clear weekly reports showing PPC performance, key changes, problems, opportunities, AI system issues, and recommended next actions.
Support account and product growth by working with the team to connect advertising performance with real product growth.

Amazon PPC AI Specialist

Amazon eCommerce | Fully Remote | Open only to Russian-speaking candidates


Why This Role Exists

Most Amazon PPC work is still done manually: endless bid changes, campaign edits, keyword checks, reporting, and repetitive optimization. We believe this is changing.


This role exists because we are building an AI-powered PPC system that helps automate Amazon advertising management. The goal is not to replace strategic thinking — the goal is to remove repetitive manual work so the specialist can focus on growth, analysis, testing, and improving the system.


You will become the operator of our AI-powered Amazon PPC process, while also supporting basic Amazon account maintenance tasks connected to advertising performance and product growth.


Mission

Operate, monitor, and improve our AI-powered Amazon PPC system so our products grow profitably and our advertising process becomes more automated, accurate, and scalable over time.


You will work with Amazon Ads, AI agents, dashboards, campaign data, product listings, account health signals, and internal processes to help turn PPC and account growth into a repeatable system.


The primary focus of this role is PPC. Amazon account maintenance is part of the role only where it supports advertising performance, listing quality, product growth, and operational visibility.


Key Performance Outcomes


  • Operate the AI PPC system

Monitor the AI agent that manages PPC campaigns, review its actions, check its logic, identify errors, and provide clear feedback for improvement.


  • Monitor Amazon PPC performance

Track campaign performance across key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, spend, sales, conversion rate, and budget usage. Identify what is working, what is not working, and what needs attention.


  • Find growth and optimization opportunities

Analyze campaign and product performance to identify wasted spend, profitable scaling opportunities, keyword gaps, weak campaigns, and improvement areas.


  • Test strategies through the AI system

Help test new PPC hypotheses, campaign structures, bidding approaches, keyword strategies, and optimization rules using the AI-powered system.


  • Improve automation quality

Document agent mistakes, recurring issues, missing logic, and process gaps. Help improve how the AI system thinks, acts, reports, and supports PPC decisions.


  • Support Amazon account maintenance

Support basic Amazon account maintenance tasks that directly affect advertising performance and product growth, including:

  • Monitoring listing status, suppressed listings, buy box issues, and product visibility
  • Checking product detail pages for obvious problems with titles, images, bullets, A+ content, pricing, coupons, reviews, and availability
  • Flagging listing issues that may reduce conversion rate or waste ad spend
  • Monitoring inventory availability and identifying when stock issues may affect PPC performance
  • Checking account health notifications and escalating important issues to the responsible team member
  • Reviewing basic product performance signals such as sessions, conversion rate, sales rank, pricing, and review trends
  • Coordinating with the team when PPC performance problems are caused by listing, pricing, stock, review, or account issues

This is not a full Amazon Account Manager role. The main responsibility remains Amazon PPC and AI-powered advertising optimization.


  • Prepare clear weekly reports

Send simple weekly updates showing PPC performance, key changes, problems, opportunities, AI system issues, and recommended next actions.


  • Support account and product growth

Work with the team to connect advertising performance with real product growth. The goal is not only “better ads” — the goal is profitable product growth across PPC, listings, conversion, and account visibility.


Requirements


Must-Have

  • Understanding of PPC principles: budgets, bids, testing, optimization, and performance metrics
  • Understanding of key advertising metrics: ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, spend, sales, and conversion rate
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and system-based work
  • Ability to monitor details and catch mistakes
  • English skills for working with Amazon accounts, tools, reports, and documentation
  • Willingness to learn fast, test, improve, and work in a data-driven environment
