AI Runtime Engineer

AI Interface Engineer : Up to £500.00 Outside IR35 : 6 months : Fully remote (Europe)

I'm working with a cutting-edge AI technology company who are looking for a talented engineer to join their team at the forefront of on-device AI.

You'll be working deep in the runtime layer, porting and optimising inference engines to run efficiently on edge hardware.

What You'll Do

• Deploy and optimise machine learning models to edge devices using industry-standard inference frameworks
• Work closely with researchers to help transition models from research into production-ready deployments
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products, keeping pace with the latest advancements in machine learning

What They're Looking For

• Strong C++ programming skills
• Hands-on experience with open-source inference engines and model deployment
• Solid understanding of deep learning concepts and model architectures
• Experience working with large language models and transformer-based architectures
• A proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline, with a track record in AI R&D

• Up to £500.00 per day Outside IR35
• 6 months initial term
