Senior Flutter Developer (Remote — US-Based)
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to take ownership of a cross-platform mobile product from architecture through release. You'll work on a high-impact, consumer-facing codebase, set engineering standards, and ship polished, performant apps to the App Store and Google Play. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who writes excellent code and can also shape technical direction.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Own architecture decisions — state management, modularization, and scalable project structure.
- Integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs, real-time data, and third-party SDKs.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and startup time across iOS and Android.
- Implement clean, testable code with unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Manage release pipelines, CI/CD, and App Store / Google Play submissions.
- Collaborate with design and product to translate requirements into intuitive UX.
- Mentor other developers and uphold code quality through reviews.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional Flutter / Dart experience, with multiple apps shipped to production.
- Deep understanding of state management (Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider) and clean architecture patterns.
- Strong command of asynchronous programming, streams, and performance profiling.
- Experience integrating Firebase, push notifications, authentication, and analytics.
- Familiarity with native iOS / Android integration via platform channels.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and app store deployment workflows.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
