Partner with Policy Managers, Threat Intelligence teams, and Analysts to identify emerging risks and policy gaps
Produce operational reports and trend analyses for leadership
Support customer communications and policy appeals
Assist with cross-functional projects and surge review operations

Enforcement Operations Specialist -

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension up to 24 Months)

Pay Range : $115/hr - $120/hr on (W2)

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Enforcement Operations Specialist to join a high-impact AI Safeguards & Trust Operations team.
  • In this role, you will help protect users and AI systems by reviewing content, enforcing platform policies, labeling data for machine learning models, and identifying emerging safety risks.
  • This position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Enforcement, Cyber Operations, Intelligence Analysis, or AI Safety.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review flagged user activity, content, and code for policy violations.
  • Apply and enforce safety policies with consistency and accuracy.
  • Label and classify data to improve AI models and automated detection systems.
  • Investigate account abuse and escalate high-risk cases.
  • Partner with Policy Managers, Threat Intelligence teams, and Analysts to identify emerging risks and policy gaps.
  • Produce operational reports and trend analyses for leadership.
  • Support customer communications and policy appeals.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects and surge review operations.



What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Enforcement, Risk Operations, Cybersecurity, or Investigations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and potentially disturbing content.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI products or machine learning workflows.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI, or digital platform safety.
  • Background in threat intelligence, fraud prevention, or online abuse investigations.
  • Experience with policy development or operational reporting.
  • Degree or prior experience related to CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives) is highly valued.
