Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension up to 24 Months)
Pay Range : $115/hr - $120/hr on (W2)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Enforcement Operations Specialist to join a high-impact AI Safeguards & Trust Operations team.
- In this role, you will help protect users and AI systems by reviewing content, enforcing platform policies, labeling data for machine learning models, and identifying emerging safety risks.
- This position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Enforcement, Cyber Operations, Intelligence Analysis, or AI Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Review flagged user activity, content, and code for policy violations.
- Apply and enforce safety policies with consistency and accuracy.
- Label and classify data to improve AI models and automated detection systems.
- Investigate account abuse and escalate high-risk cases.
- Partner with Policy Managers, Threat Intelligence teams, and Analysts to identify emerging risks and policy gaps.
- Produce operational reports and trend analyses for leadership.
- Support customer communications and policy appeals.
- Assist with cross-functional projects and surge review operations.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Enforcement, Risk Operations, Cybersecurity, or Investigations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
