Responsibilities
- Visual & UI Design Execution: Create pixel-perfect high-fidelity interface designs, responsive layouts, typography systems, and iconography that adhere to and elevate our global product design language.
- Wireframing & Interactive Prototyping: Transform raw conceptual ideas, user stories, and feature requirements into structural wireframes and clickable, interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize user journeys.
- Bilingual Localization Layouts: Collaborate closely with product managers to optimize interfaces for cross-border deployment, carefully accounting for language length variances, typography rendering, and UI constraints between English and Korean software versions.
- Cross-Functional Hand-Offs: Partner hand-in-hand with frontend engineering pods to ensure your design files, responsive components, and design tokens are implemented flawlessly into production code.
- User Research & Usability Testing: Assist senior designers in running user research sessions, aggregating customer feedback, and analyzing product usage data to identify and design past user friction points.
Requirements

- Education & Domain Literacy: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related visual arts field. A strong digital portfolio demonstrating clean layouts, responsive UI grids, and a user-first problem-solving mindset is strictly required.
- Professional/Academic Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (inclusive of robust UX/UI design internships, freelance design engagements, university agency capstones, or extensive personal product design case studies).
- Language Fluency: Professional-to-native level verbal and written proficiency in both English and Korean. You must be entirely comfortable presenting design concepts and writing copy/documentation in both languages.
- Figma Tooling Mastery: Strong practical command of Figma, including a foundational understanding of auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and interactive prototyping states.
- Design Fundamentals & Accessibility: Flawless grasp of core visual design principles: color theory, visual hierarchy, grid structures, typography, and a basic awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
