About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the entire design lifecycle—from conducting user research and developing wireframes to creating high-fidelity prototypes and facilitating seamless developer handoffs. You will work closely with product leads and development teams, leveraging modern design tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships and academic projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma (preferred) or similar platforms
• Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements
• Understanding of design systems and experience working within design guidelines
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS (optional but advantageous)
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize product features and enhancements
• Design user interface components ensuring consistency across touchpoints and adherence to the design system
