Job Description


Position Overview

As part of the Group’s international expansion, particularly in Asia, and to strengthen our IT presence in Singapore, we are looking for a Graduate IT Engineer on a V.I.E assignment to:

  • Provide local IT support to end-users
  • Ensure service continuity and quality across the Asia region
  • Contribute to global IT projects (tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital workplace)


This role offers a unique opportunity to develop both technical and international experience in a fast-growing, multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities 🚀

1. Local IT Support (Run)

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end-users (workstations, collaboration tools, business applications)
  • Manage incidents and service requests through the Group’s ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (Windows / MacOS where applicable)
  • Administer user accounts (Active Directory / Azure AD / Microsoft 365)
  • Support local network infrastructure (WiFi, VPN, connectivity)
  • Manage IT assets (inventory, stock, asset lifecycle)


2. Regional IT Coordination (Asia) 🌏

  • Act as the local IT point of contact for Asia-based teams
  • Coordinate with global IT teams (primarily based in Europe)
  • Adapt IT solutions to local constraints (regulations, language, time zones)
  • Support the standardization of IT practices in the region


3. Contribution to Global Projects (Build & Transform)💡

  • Participate in the deployment of Group tools (Workday, Microsoft 365, business applications)
  • Support infrastructure and cloud-related projects
  • Contribute to ITIL process implementation and improvement
  • Participate in cybersecurity initiatives (user awareness, compliance, audits)
  • Produce and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base


4. Continuous Improvement 📈

  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes and user experience
  • Propose and implement solutions to recurring issues
  • Monitor KPIs (SLA, user satisfaction)
  • Contribute to IT tools evolution (ticketing, automation, scripting)


Profile Requirements 👤

Education

  • Master’s degree (Engineering School or University) in IT / Computer Science

Experience

  • Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in IT support or system administration is a strong plus

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft environment (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
  • End-user support and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, request, change management)
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent French
  • Professional English required (international environment)
