Own pipeline reporting: dashboards, funnel insights, ROI analysis, and lead-quality tracking
Own the marketing tech stack: automation, CRM alignment, analytics, attribution
Build scalable processes for scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign ops
Develop content strategy that establishes ApprentiScope as the authoritative voice in apprenticeship management
Produce or manage high-value content including videos, eBooks, case studies, guides, webinars, and blogs
Build SEO and AEO authority by strengthening domain authority, keyword coverage, and organic visibility
Support sales enablement with content, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and one-pagers

About the Role


We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives in early-stage environments. You'll partner with our CEO to build and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, establish category authority, and build community in the apprenticeship ecosystem. This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll shape our marketing approach, build repeatable programs, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly. You’ll also serve as a core part of our go-to-market team as we scale.


What You'll Do


1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth 

  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategy (paid, organic, email, events) to drive qualified pipeline
  • Optimize the funnel from anonymous visitor → MQL → SQL in partnership with BDRs and sales
  • Build and refine marketing automation, nurturing, and segmentation programs
  • Own pipeline reporting: dashboards, funnel insights, ROI analysis, and lead-quality tracking


2. Marketing Operations & Systems

  • Own the marketing tech stack: automation, CRM alignment, analytics, attribution
  • Build scalable processes for scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign ops


3. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership 

  • Develop content strategy that establishes ApprentiScope as the authoritative voice in apprenticeship management
  • Produce or manage high-value content including videos, eBooks, case studies, guides, webinars, and blogs 
  • Build SEO and AEO authority by strengthening domain authority, keyword coverage, and organic visibility
  • Support sales enablement with content, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and one-pagers


What You'll Bring


  1. 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation roles at early-stage or small software companies (seed through Series B)
  2. Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline 
  3. Hands-on execution experience across multiple marketing disciplines: paid media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
  4. Deep familiarity with the marketing stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid search/social platforms
  5. Content creation skills: Ability to write compelling, outcome-focused messaging for different audiences
  6. Data-driven mindset: You measure everything, optimize relentlessly, and can articulate marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue
