Responsibilities
- Paid Media Operations: Assist in deploying and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across international ad channels (Meta Ads, Google Search/PMax, TikTok, and AppLovin).
- Performance Funnel Analysis: Track and evaluate critical marketing performance indicators, including click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-install (CPI), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Creative Asset Direction: Partner with internal graphic designers and video editors to write ad scripts, evaluate creative hooks, and coordinate localized asset iterations.
- Global Brand Synchronization: Ensure that all outward-facing promotional materials, community updates, and PR lines align perfectly with the overarching global brand voice.

Qualifications
Required
- Language Mastery: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Korean is an essential framework requirement for delivering technical reporting, global copywriting, and cross-border team coordination.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of progressive professional experience in digital marketing, media buying, data analytics, or agency operations. Recent graduates with outstanding marketing internship records are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Acumen: High operational literacy using MS Excel (data sorting, pivot tables) and basic familiarity with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 or similar MMPs).
- Mindset: A data-minded self-starter who enjoys synthesizing numerical variables to solve creative marketing puzzles.
- Marketing Channel Knowledge: Basic theoretical or practical understanding of performance marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) and core growth metrics (ROAS, CPI, CTR).
